Our Gas burners will take your Californo pizza oven to the next level. These top quality burners are Made in Italy and fit perfectly in our pizza ovens.
These gas burners allow you to use your Californo Garzoni or Verona models as a wood-fired oven, gas oven, or wood/gas hybrid. By a turn of a knob you can easily reach your desired temperatures. We don’t recommend using too much wood close to the burner while using the manual control burner and if you want to use just wood in your gas oven, please make sure to use the stainless steel gas cap protection.
If you’re buying the digital control panel, you can use wood simultaneously but still make sure to keep the ashes away from the burner.
Features:
Type P1 : The P1 gas burner configuration is suited for our Garzoni-260 and Garzoni-280 models and is available in natural gas or propane options.
Type P1 Plus: The P1 Plus gas burner configuration is suited for our Garzoni-350 model and is available in natural gas or propane options.
Type P2: The P2 gas burner configuration is suited for our Verona-420 DIY Kit or fully assembled oven. It is available in natural gas or propane options.

Professional Installation Needed: These gas burners do require installation by a certified plumber/certified gas technician.
