CALIFORNO pizza oven trailers are built entirely in-house in Hallandale Beach, Florida, from the trailer chassis to the chimney cap. We have been building wood-fired ovens in the USA since 2004, and every trailer carries a real CALIFORNO brick oven, not a small portable oven bolted onto a utility trailer.

Pizza trailer FAQ

How long does it take to build a pizza oven trailer?
Carrello trailers usually take 7–12 weeks. Enclosed Ristoratore trailers take 12–16 weeks.

Can I sell pizza to the public from my trailer?
For street sales you need an enclosed trailer that you cook inside, with a 3-compartment sink and a hand-wash sink. For our enclosed trailers we open the file with the health department of the county where you'll operate, so you can pass inspection the first time. Open trailers are for private parties and catering and don't need a health permit.

How do you ship a trailer?
Trailers ship anywhere in the USA by freight or flatbed, quoted after you order. You can also pick up at our shop in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
