Awesome customer service. Went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase

At the age of 53, if I've learned one thing, its that no one and nothing is perfect. So its best to judge how someone responds to a challenge. 
I ordered the 240 and living close by, I made the choice to pick up the oven myself. I actually did this so that I could meet the person taking $1400 from me. I arrived as discussed, but I was immediately told "my oven" was not coming out of the mold. I was prepared to wait. But without asking or complaining, Shali, offered me a 260. No extra charge. Obviously I now felt very comfortable making this purchase. I misunderstood the set up/install and presented Shali with a new scenario. But his response to the issue, which included a 30 minute drive to my home to make sure I had not damaged the oven beyond repair, is why I am writing this review to assure you that if you make the wise decision to purchase an oven from Shali, and something goes wrong, he WILL stand behind his product and make sure things are right; regardless of where the fault lies.  Oven was up to 800f this week. As a newbie, I'm working on my fire skills. Enjoy
