PULLED BEEF RECIPE
Pulled beef recipe in your Californo oven:
Ingredients:
3 Lbs. minutes steak roast
2 spoons Dijon mustard with seeds
1 spoon Dijon mustard, no seeds
5 spoons honey
½ spoon black pepper
1 flat spoon salt
5 spoons olive oil
For serving:
A bit of salt
Find the tightest plastic container for your piece of meat
Mix in the plastic container all the ingredients except the salt.
Massage the meat for about 3 minutes in the marinade
Close the container and in the fridge for minimum 8 hours to maximum 24 hours
Heat the oven for 300 degrees
transfer the meat to a baking paper and wrap with aluminum foil
Place on a wire rack and cook for 5 hours
Out of the oven and rest for 10 minutes
Out of the wrap and pull that beauty over a wooden board with 2 forks
Sprinkle little salt over and enjoy in steamed buns
If the chunk you use is larger and up to 4.5 Lbs. the marinade is the same but you'll need another 30 minutes for every ½ Lbs. of meat
4 Lbs. 5.75 hours
6.5 Lbs. 7.5 hours
