Garzoni Campana Stucco Pizza Oven Assembled

\

$ 3,200.00

  • The Garzoni Campana is our premium fully assembled outdoor wood-fired pizza oven. Its bell shape (campana means "bell" in Italian) leaves room for extra insulation at the back of the oven, so it holds its heat longer than a standard dome. It's hand-finished in stucco by CALIFORNO in Hallandale Beach, Florida, and arrives ready to set on your counter top or on our steel base.

Looking for the best outdoor pizza oven for your backyard or outdoor kitchen? The Garzoni Campana is a residential wood-fired pizza oven, also available as a gas pizza oven (natural gas or propane), and made in the USA. It's built to bake Neapolitan pizza, bread, roasted meats and vegetables, and it ships fully assembled, so there's no brick oven to build.

    Why the Garzoni Campana

    • Extra insulation, longer heat: the bell shape carries more insulation at the back, so the oven stays hot longer between firings and through long cooking sessions.
    • Steadier temperature: better heat retention means less time and fuel spent bringing the oven back up to heat.
    • Heats up in about 28 minutes to cooking temperature with wood.
    • A statement piece: the tall bell silhouette with the chimney rising from the top stands out in any outdoor kitchen.
    • Cooking floor and dome made of the same high-heat castable refractory for even heat from top to bottom.

    Why a stucco finish?

Stucco is one of the best finishes for an outdoor oven. It handles high heat without cracking, it's waterproof, and it resists mildew, mold and rot, so your oven needs little to no maintenance. Every CALIFORNO stucco oven is finished by hand by our craftsmen.

    Frequently asked questions

How is the Campana different from the Garzoni Drop?
Both are fully assembled stucco ovens with the same cooking floor. The Campana's bell shape adds extra insulation at the back, so it holds its heat longer. The Garzoni Drop is our classic teardrop design.

Can I run it on gas instead of wood?
Yes. Choose natural gas or propane when you order.

    Where is it made?
Every Garzoni oven is built and finished by hand in our shop in Hallandale Beach, Florida, USA.

    Can it stay outdoors?
Yes. The stucco finish is waterproof and resists mildew, mold and rot.

Is the Garzoni Campana a brick oven?
It cooks like a traditional Italian brick oven, but the dome and cooking floor are cast in one piece from high-heat refractory, so there are no bricks or mortar joints to crack or maintain.

What can I cook in it besides pizza?
Bread, focaccia, steaks, roast chicken, fish and vegetables. Anything you'd cook in a wood-fired oven.

Can I build it into an outdoor kitchen?
Yes. Choose the counter top version to set it on your outdoor kitchen counter or island, or order it on our steel base as a freestanding oven.

    Is it hard to install?
No. It arrives fully assembled. Set it in place, connect the chimney, cure the oven with a few small fires, and it's ready to cook.

Prefer to build it yourself? This oven is also available as a DIY kit. See the Garzoni 280 Pizza Oven Kit.
