Chimney Center Adapter

Use this chimney adapter kit to connect a 6" ID (inside diameter) stainless steel chimney to your Garzoni-240, Garzoni-260 and Garzoni-280 CALIFORNO pizza oven.

These ovens now come with a 6" ID stainless steel chimney connection instead of the old 4" clay pipe. Use this adapter when you want to move the chimney to the center of the oven, for example when you enclose the oven in a gable-roof (house-shaped) enclosure.
