The Californo Cubo is built from 3/16" plate steel and cut in-house in South Florida. It packs 468 square inches of cooking space into a compact 29" footprint. You can burn charcoal, wood, or a mix of both on the inner fire shelf. Above it sits a removable cooking grate made from steel angle and mesh.
The sloped lid and top stack hold heat and draw smoke evenly. The front door swings a full 180°, so tending the fire and cleaning out ash is easy. A slotted lower shelf keeps your fuel close at hand. Heavy-duty 5" casters let you roll the Cubo across the patio, and the front two lock to hold it solidly in place.

Shipping The Californo Cubo ships by LTL freight. It arrives on a wooden pallet, secured and shrink-wrapped for protection in transit. Because of its size and weight, we recommend having two people on hand to unload it, or requesting liftgate service if you don't have a loading dock.
