CALIFORNO COVID-19 Update

Manufacturing updates:  

Our warehouses are continuing to operate during these stressful and uncertain times however on a much smaller scale. We are following all of the suggested CDC guidelines to keep our workers and your ovens safe. Due to the recent increase in demand, please expect around a 10 day delay for the DIY kits as well as a 4 week minimum delay on fully assembled ovens. As soon as your oven leaves the warehouse, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Regarding shipping, some delays may occur. Regularly, you should receive your oven in about 3-7 business days. Please take into consideration that we are unable to ship to areas where deliveries are constrained by government restrictions. 

How do I know where my order is?

After your oven has left our warehouse, a tracking conformation will be sent directly to your email. The link will take you straight to a website where you can find out the direct location of your oven. Please note that in some cases, a tracking link may take up to 24 hours to display delivery details.
