The Carello Pizza oven trailer is designed and developed for the mobile caterer on the go. Although a mobile pizza oven, it still offers the high-quality of traditional Californo brick pizza ovens. This portable pizza oven is available in 3 models:
- Carrello 280 with 28” cooking surface
- Carrello 350 with 35" cooking surface

Carrello 420 with 42" cooking surface.
The Carello Pizza Oven trailer also has two fuel options available; wood or propane.
This mobile oven quickly becomes the center of the party. Both the oven and trailer are 100% made in the USA since 2005 at Californo factory in Hallandale Beach, Florida. -
